The Kingston DE100i-RSW/HS is a Data Express removable hard drive carrier and frame designed for use with 16-bit Single Ended SCSI hard drives. It accepts a 3.5" SCSI hard drive and allows it to be installed into a compatible 5.25" half-height desktop or rackmount bay, enabling tool-free drive swapping. The carrier houses a controller PCB that handles the SCSI interface translation and provides the front-panel power button and activity LED.
