Benchtop hipot tester for measuring withstanding voltage and insulation resistance on electrical components and assemblies. Performs AC and DC high-voltage testing with insulation resistance measurement capability.

Condition: For Parts or Not Working
This Kikusui TOS9201 AC/DC Withstanding Voltage and Insulation Resistance Hipot Tester is being sold as-is for parts or repair. The unit powers on and passes its built-in DC withstanding voltage (DCW) and insulation resistance (IR) self-tests — as confirmed by the PASS readouts visible in our photos. However, we are experiencing a VOLT ERROR when attempting to run AC withstanding voltage (ACW) tests, which is why we are offering this unit in as-is condition rather than as a fully functional tester. The source of the AC fault has not been further diagnosed. The unit is cosmetically in good shape overall, with typical light wear on the chassis. The rear panel calibration label (Techmaster HPF-103) indicates the last calibration date was June 2011. The high-voltage test lead set is included.
