Applications
The ADB interface was introduced by Apple in 1986 with the Apple IIGS and became the standard input-device connection on Macintosh computers from the Mac SE through the late Power Macintosh and early iMac G3 generations. ADB mice and keyboards daisy-chain together on a single low-speed serial bus, making them easy to swap across compatible systems. The Kensington 64206 is compatible with any ADB-equipped Macintosh — including the Mac Classic, LC, Quadra, Performa, Power Mac, and PowerBook series with an ADB port. Today these mice are sought by collectors restoring vintage Mac setups and by users maintaining legacy ADB-based systems that remain in service.
This Kensington 64206 1-Button ADB Mouse has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The beige housing shows light yellowing and minor surface wear typical of vintage Apple-era peripherals, with no cracks or damage visible. The ADB cable and 4-pin Mini-DIN connector appear intact. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility, but it came out of a working environment where it was previously in use. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
