The unit is cosmetically consistent with normal used surplus equipment — the steel housing shows light surface scuffs and handling marks typical of a pulled desktop component, but there is no cracking, denting, or significant damage. All output cables and connectors, including the 20-pin ATX main connector, Molex peripheral leads, and floppy connectors, are present and in good condition.
