Applications
The HP Pro Drive 240 MB IDE drive is a period-correct component for vintage personal computers from the late 1980s through early 1990s, including IBM-compatible systems and some Sun workstations. At 240 MB capacity, it represents the mid-range storage tier of that era before the transition to larger capacities. This drive is commonly sought by retro computing enthusiasts restoring systems from that generation, and may also serve as a spare or replacement component for legacy equipment still in service. The Pro Drive line was known for reasonable reliability in its time and offers an authentic restoration experience for period systems.
