Hevi Duty HDT-5610 Electric Box Furnace 2300 F Max

  • Input Voltage to controller is 208Vac two wire single phase.
  • Furnace Operates on 90Volts 5Kw
  • Inside furnace dimms 18 Depth X 6 Height X 7 Width
  • We have found that the thermocouple is defective, therefore, it will not activate heat chamber. When we bypass the thermocouple the furnace operates normally but we cannot control the temperature. With bypass switch down, power is applied to heater until it reaches set point. Then it turns off heater and stops temperature control. Push reset button to restart heat controller. With bypass switch in up position, temperature is controlled at the set point. timer allows unit to work for the amount of time set on timer. When switch left of timer is up, timer is bypassed and heater runs all the time. There is a time delay when power is first applied before heater will begin about 1 to 3 minutes. This Furnace can be previewed at our facility in Ventura, California.
