The Headway Research 800-404A is a PWM32 Motor Module designed as a direct replacement for the Headway Research PWM32 Photo Resist Spinner Coater System. This module provides pulse-width modulated motor drive control for the spinner's DC motor, regulating speed with tachometer feedback and supporting enable, fault, and reset logic via its J2 signal connector.
