This is an HDPE-lined spin coating chamber assembly integrating a Minarik Drives C1XP01-115AC-A DC motor drive controller and a Norgren NB07A pneumatic linear actuator. The chamber features a hinged, transparent-lidded enclosure with Protex toggle latches and a front-panel speed control, designed to house a spinning substrate during coating processes. The circular spin chuck, internal fluid tubing, and fittings are present inside the chamber.
