The Glo-Quartz TR91-12A is a tabletop infrared conveyor belt dryer manufactured by Glo-Quartz Electric Heater Co., Inc. (Pasadena, CA / Mentor, OH). It uses a quartz infrared lamp array to heat parts as they pass through the tunnel on a continuous stainless steel mesh belt, providing adjustable conveyor speed and a single-zone temperature control. This unit was removed from a semiconductor manufacturing facility and has been powered and tested at our facility — the belt runs smoothly and the unit heats to 200°F at 18 amps, with a maximum tested temperature of 345°F at TEMP dial setting 48.

This Glo-Quartz TR91-12A Infrared Belt Dryer has been powered and tested at our facility and is in good working order. The belt runs smoothly, and at 18 amps the unit heats to 200°F; the temperature was tested up to 345°F with the TEMP dial set to 48 (dial range is 0–84). The unit was removed from a semiconductor manufacturing facility that closed. Cosmetically the orange sheet metal housing shows general industrial use wear and minor scuffing; the exhaust hood shows some tape and wear at the transition joint.
