The card is in good used condition consistent with normal service life. The PCB is clean with no visible damage to components, traces, or the AGP edge connector. The bracket shows handwritten marker labeling ('MONITOR') which is cosmetic only and does not affect function. The blue heatsink and all four SDRAM chips are intact.
