This is a stainless steel SMA-F to SMA-F barrel connector, also called an SMA inline coupler or SMA female-to-female adapter. It joins two SMA male connectors end-to-end, allowing coaxial cable runs to be extended or two SMA-terminated cables to be joined inline without additional hardware.
