Nordiko planar 250mm Ion Etch Grid Set This is a 250mm Nordiko Planar DC ion beam etch grid set, refurbished and ready to install. I suspect the actual beam diameter to be ~ 200mm. The ceramics look NEW with no re-deposition. The grids are made of molybdenum and appear lightly used.
