This F&K Delvotec 6320 Automatic Gold/Aluminum Wire Bonder is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. The system powers on and appears to be complete with its peripherals, but the computer cannot communicate with the linear controllers — this fault prevents normal bonding operation and is the primary reason for the as-is designation. There is also a small crack in the Corning hot plate, which appears to be cosmetic. The system came from an R&D facility in Silicon Valley. Per the manufacturer, the bonder is approximately 16–20 years old with a wire size capability of roughly 1 to 2 mil. Included with the system are a Nikon SMZ-1B stereo zoom microscope with two Unitron HWF 10x eyepieces, a CCD video camera module, a Corning hot plate, a Hitachi monitor, a Philips monitor, and a K-Sine 1410 power supply.
