This is a 27-inch chrome-armored fiber optic flex cable designed to carry light from an external illuminator to a microscope or precision inspection setup. The cable consists of a flexible stainless steel spiral-wound sheath housing the fiber bundle, with a black rubber-mounted cylindrical input tip on one end and a threaded chrome output tip on the other. The output tip accepts optional dispersing lenses via 0.25-inch threading, and a dispersing lens is included with this listing. A light source or power supply is not included.

Applications
