This Extrom HMS-616 Pan Orient Key Telephone System is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. Two significant physical defects are visible in the photos: the power cable has a section of outer jacket that is split open with internal wires exposed — a serious safety issue — and the power connector shows heavy corrosion and a cracked, broken housing with exposed contacts. The internal PCBs appear visually intact in the documentation photos, but the unit has not been tested at our facility and is not guaranteed functional in any way. It is sold strictly as-is with no warranty of operation. The internal power supply is a Yutaka Electric M769A-PS, manufactured September 1984.
