A NEMA 34 stepper-driven linear actuator with roller screw drive. Delivers 160 mm of travel with 5 mm screw lead and operates on 12V minimum using an external stepper driver.

This Exlar KM60-0150-05-NF-ISC-N34-L2 roller screw linear actuator has been tested and confirmed in working order. The 2-phase stepper motor actuates the roller screw drive and the unit travels the full 160 mm stroke. The stepper engages with 12V actuation and produces strong output torque. Both Turck 4685746 PNP N.C. magnetic end-of-travel sensors are included and set for the travel extremes. Note: the exact screw lead pitch was not confirmed during testing — the label indicates 5 mm lead. Cosmetically, the unit shows significant use: the NEMA 34 stepper motor body has heavy surface rust and corrosion visible across all faces and the mounting interface, and the rod-end output fitting shows rust around the threaded area. The aluminum actuator body and rail are in comparatively better shape with normal scratches and wear. The 6-pin motor connector and sensor cable are present and included.
