This is a bypass/PowerPass cabinet designed to work with Exide PowerWare UPS systems. It provides power distribution and switching capability between utility and UPS sources.

The cabinet itself appears intact with no significant physical damage; the rear panel rotary bypass switch, circuit protectors, output receptacles, and input breaker are all visible and present.
