This is a digital SCR power controller designed for proportional control of resistive heating loads and other AC applications. It accepts DC logic input signals and uses fast-cycle firing mode to regulate power delivery through a solid-state contactor assembly.

It was tested at our facility and failed: the unit will not power up even with the large fuse bypassed, indicating an internal fault beyond the fuse. The rear terminal block shows some oxidation on the screw terminals, and the Ferraz 250V/25A fuse is present. No functionality is implied or guaranteed.
