Applications

The Entegris NOWPak system is a liner-based bulk chemical dispensing platform used in semiconductor fabrication facilities to contain and dispense high-purity process chemicals — including photoresists, CMP slurries, wet etch chemistries, and other liquids that are sensitive to contamination or react with standard containers. The NS60 conformal liner design conforms to the interior of the NOWPak canister, minimizing headspace and reducing microbubble formation, which is critical when dispensing particle-sensitive chemicals onto wafers. The collapsible liner-based approach also maximizes chemical utilization by allowing near-complete emptying of the canister. The NDTV-T200 FEP high-viscosity diptube is paired with the liner for applications involving thicker or more viscous chemistries, where standard diptubes may restrict flow. These components are used in 200mm and 300mm wafer fabs, flat panel display manufacturing, and other advanced semiconductor processes where chemical purity, particle cleanliness, and precise fluid delivery are controlled to tight process specifications.
