The Encore ENL1394-PCI-VA is a 4-port FireWire 400 (IEEE-1394a) PCI host adapter that adds high-speed FireWire connectivity to any desktop PC with an available PCI slot. It provides three external 6-pin FireWire 400 ports on the rear bracket plus one internal 4-pin header, allowing connection of external FireWire devices as well as internal drives or enclosures simultaneously.
