This Emerald Systems VAST VAS02G-9000 2.5GB 8mm external SCSI tape drive has been visually inspected and photographed. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility. The unit came out of a surplus environment and shows the kind of light cosmetic wear you'd expect from a drive of this age — the beige plastic enclosure is intact with no cracks, and the overall exterior is in reasonable used condition. The tape door mechanism appears intact and the dual rear SCSI connectors are present.
