Description
Dwyer 2000-00N Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge 0-0.2" WC 15 PSIG Max
The Dwyer 2000-00N is a Magnehelic differential pressure gauge from Dwyer Instruments' well-known 2000 Series. It measures very low differential pressures across a 0 to 0.2 inch water column (W.C.) range, with a maximum system pressure rating of 15 PSIG. The gauge operates on a frictionless, helix-and-magnet movement — the core principle behind the Magnehelic design — which produces smooth, accurate readings without the mechanical drag common in bourdon-tube gauges. This unit is calibrated for vertical panel mounting, as clearly marked on the face.

Applications
The Dwyer Magnehelic 2000 Series is one of the most widely used differential pressure gauges in HVAC and building automation. At the ultra-low 0–0.2" W.C. range, this gauge is particularly suited for monitoring air pressure drop across filters, measuring airflow in low-velocity ductwork, and detecting pressure differentials in cleanrooms or laminar flow hoods — environments where even very small pressure differences are meaningful. Facilities engineers and HVAC technicians use Magnehelic gauges to determine when air filters are loaded and need replacement by monitoring the rising pressure differential across the filter media. The frictionless movement and easy-to-read dial make the Magnehelic a long-standing standard in building mechanical systems, laboratory environments, and light industrial air-handling applications. Because they have no fluid-filled tube to leak and no gears to wear, Magnehelic gauges are still manufactured and actively used today, and older units like this one remain fully serviceable when in good condition.
This Dwyer Instruments 2000-00N Magnehelic differential pressure gauge has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The dial face is clean and fully legible, the red pointer moves freely, and both rear brass pressure fittings are present and intact. The housing shows light surface wear consistent with previous installation use, but there is no cracking, fogging of the lens, or damage to the fittings. This gauge was not powered up or bench-tested at our facility, but it came out of a working environment where it was previously in service.
