Description
Dwyer 605-10 Magnehelic Differential Pressure Indicating Transmitter 0-10 WC
The Dwyer 605-10 is a Magnehelic Indicating Transmitter that combines a local analog pressure display with a transmitter output signal in a single instrument. It measures differential pressure across a 0–10 inch of water column range and provides both a direct-reading dial indication and an electrical output for remote monitoring or control systems. Front-panel SPAN and ZERO knobs allow field calibration without special tools.

Applications
Dwyer Magnehelic gauges are among the most widely used differential pressure instruments in HVAC, industrial, and clean-room applications. The standard Magnehelic measures pressure difference using a patented diaphragm and magnet-driven pointer mechanism — no fluid, no fluid contamination risk. The 605-series Indicating Transmitter variant adds a remote signal output, making it suitable for building automation systems and control panels where both a local display and a 4–20 mA or pneumatic output are needed at the same point. Common uses include monitoring air filter loading across HVAC filter banks, measuring static pressure in duct systems, verifying differential pressure across fan assemblies, and monitoring pressure drop across cleanroom HEPA filters. These instruments are standard in commercial buildings, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and light industrial facilities — anywhere a reliable, field-calibratable differential pressure measurement is needed without the complexity of electronic-only transmitters.
This Dwyer 605-10 Magnehelic Differential Pressure Indicating Transmitter has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The dial face is clean and legible. The bezel ring shows grime and typical wear consistent with industrial service, and there is dark sealant residue around both brass pressure port fittings on the bottom. The rear wiring terminals are intact. The unit was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use and has not been powered or bench-tested at our facility.
