The Digiteyes DVC is a compact digital video camera designed for integration with semiconductor photolithography equipment, specifically silicon wafer mask aligners. It uses a small-format solid-state image sensor mounted inside a precision optical barrel, capturing alignment imagery and feeding it to the aligner's display or control system. The camera connects via a DB25 parallel interface and DIN 5-pin connector on the rear panel and is powered by its included external Heelpac WM113 plug-in supply. Applications
