This is a T1 SMDS converter designed to interface T1 lines with Switched Multimegabit Data Service (SMDS) networks. It operates at 1.544 Mbps and converts between T1 and SMDS protocols for data transmission.

Applications

This Digital Link DL200 Encore T1 SMDS Converter (P/N 100-00800-32) is in good used condition. The chassis is clean with normal shelf wear; the front-panel LED indicators and labeling are intact and legible. The rear-panel connectors appear undamaged. A power cable is attached and a DB-25 adapter is included as shown in the photos. The unit was pulled from a working environment at General Atomics, as noted by the asset tag visible on the unit.
