The Cutera Altus CoolGlide Excel (model US220EXCL) is a long-pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG Class IV aesthetic laser system designed for laser hair removal and spider vein treatment across all Fitzpatrick skin types. The 1064nm wavelength penetrates deeply into the dermis, making it one of the safest and most versatile wavelengths for treating darker skin tones as well as vascular lesions. Cutera's CoolGlide technology integrates contact cooling directly into the sapphire-tipped handpiece to protect the epidermis during treatment and improve patient comfort.

The unit was factory-refurbished by Cutera in November 2009 at a cost of $13,000, covering a complete rework of the system. Shot count reads 59,482 (counter displays: 602, 500, 0 when holding the count button). The chassis shows normal wear consistent with professional use. The control panel, digital displays, and key switch are all functional and clearly visible in our photos. Includes the foot pedal in its safety shoe enclosure, a half-gallon of Sonigel cooling gel, a quantity of laser safety glasses, user manuals, and a CD.
