This is a custom-fabricated polycarbonate and painted metal hanging enclosure designed to maintain positive air pressure within a controlled clean room environment. The enclosure features a transparent acrylic front panel for process visibility, a top-mounted pneumatic assembly with pressure regulation, inline filtration, and a Whitey quarter-turn ball valve for gas flow control. Four rubber anti-vibration mounts are installed on an interior floor platform for isolating sensitive processes or instruments placed inside.

Applications

By maintaining air pressure inside the enclosure slightly above the surrounding room, airborne particulates are prevented from migrating in and contaminating the work area.
