Applications
This helium supply line is a replacement/service part for CTI Cryogenics cryogenic compressor systems. CTI Cryogenics (now part of Brooks Automation / Sumitomo) manufactured a widely used line of helium compressors that drive cryopump systems in semiconductor fabrication, vacuum coating, research laboratories, and other high-vacuum applications. The helium supply and return lines connect the compressor to the cold head of the cryopump, circulating compressed helium gas to achieve the deep cryogenic temperatures needed for effective gas capture. Aeroquip low air inclusion refrigerant couplings are specified for these lines because they minimize the introduction of air and moisture during connection and disconnection — critical in a closed-loop helium system where contamination degrades cryopump performance. This line is suited for maintenance, repair, or rebuild of CTI compressor assemblies requiring a replacement supply hose of this length and coupling configuration.
