The Croyden Series 960-2 is a dedicated rinse cycle controller module designed for the Netstal Discjet injection molding system. It manages automated rinse sequences through a panel-mounted interface with a LED Cycles display, labeled Status indicators (Run, Halt, Lock, Setup), and a full button array including Input, Open, Setup, directional arrows, Start, and Stop/Reset. Internally, the module houses a power supply PCB, step-down transformer, and a bank of Humphrey Mini-Mizer 3E1 pneumatic solenoid valves rated at 12VDC and 0-100 PSIG, which sequence the rinse media flow under program control.
