Applications
This modem type was deployed in satellite communications systems for VSAT networks and point-to-point DS-1 data links. Used in telecom infrastructure for remote site connectivity and satellite uplink/downlink operations. Compatible with satellite ground station equipment requiring PSK modulation and DS-1 framing.
Condition: Used
This ComStream CM701 PSK Digital Modem powers on and the front panel LCD and indicators light up. We were not able to test it beyond power-on, so full operational functionality has not been confirmed at our facility. The chassis shows typical wear for used rackmount satcom equipment — scuffing on the top cover and side panels consistent with normal rack use.
