Applications

Low frequency RF generators are used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, plasma processing systems, and industrial RF applications. This unit was pulled from a Novellus Systems platform, where it performed RF power generation for process chambers and similar industrial RF applications.

Condition: Used
This Comdel CLX-10K 10kW Low Frequency Generator has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use. The chassis shows typical light surface wear consistent with rack use — some scuffing and discoloration to the top cover, with the gray front panel and controls in good shape. The front panel display, buttons, and rotary control are all visually intact. Rear panel connectors including the RF OUT BNC, DC buss terminals, water fittings, flow switch, and remote interface D-sub are all present and appear undamaged.
