The Ciro QS 80M2A H is a three-phase centrifugal (squirrel cage) blower unit combining a 1HP/0.75kW induction motor with a forward-curved impeller in a steel scroll housing. It is designed to move air through ducted systems across a wide input voltage range — 220–265V or 380–460V — making it suitable for both international and dual-voltage installations. Applications
Centrifugal blowers of this type are standard components in industrial ventilation, fume extraction, and process air-handling systems. The squirrel cage impeller design generates higher static pressure than axial fans, making these units well-suited for ducted runs where air must be pushed against resistance — such as fume hood exhaust systems, laser engraver or CNC router extraction, clean-room air handling, oven and dryer ventilation, and general-purpose industrial exhaust. The dual-voltage winding (220–265V / 380–460V) is common on European-made industrial motors and allows the unit to be wired for either standard single-supply or delta/wye configurations depending on the installation. IP55 protection makes it suitable for moderately dusty or damp environments. This unit's compact scroll housing and flanged ports make it straightforward to integrate into existing round-duct systems.
This Ciro QS 80M2A H centrifugal blower fan was pulled from a working industrial environment where it had been in active service. It has been visually inspected and photographed. The motor housing and blower casing show typical surface wear consistent with industrial use — photos show light dust and grime on the impeller blades and housing interior, and minor scuffing on the sheet metal base. The 4-pin circular electrical connector and all ports appear intact and undamaged. It has not been powered up or bench-tested at our facility.
