The exterior steel shell shows scuffs, scratches, and light surface wear consistent with prior industrial service, most notably on the top and corners. The interior base panel shows significant dark residue and staining — likely from previous use or environmental exposure — but the steel structure itself appears intact. The front-panel keyed latch mechanism is present and intact; no key is included. The lid opens and closes properly.
