Applications

The system is a direct replacement for traditional metal pitch pans, which require periodic re-filling with sealant and are prone to ponding water. Because the E-Curb form is precast to a precise 4-inch inside diameter, it seats consistently around standard penetrations and eliminates the field fabrication that metal pans require. The 1-Part sealant is a 100% solid rubber formulation — it does not shrink or sag and can be capped and reused after opening. The M-1 adhesive functions simultaneously as a bonding agent, primer, and sealant, reducing the number of separate products needed on the job.
