This is a complete Cellular Systems E.N.T. (Emergency Negotiating Telephone) Call Box crisis negotiation communications system — a hardwired, multi-station tactical telephone network designed for law enforcement hostage negotiation and SWAT operations. The system allows a negotiating team to communicate with a subject via a rugged throw phone while simultaneously coordinating among multiple commander, tactical, SWAT, and negotiator operator positions, each in its own protective hard case.

  Condition: Used
  This Cellular Systems E.N.T. Call Box Negotiator Throw Phone System has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The consoles show typical wear consistent with field use — scuffing on case exteriors and minor marks on the console face plates — but all latches, hinges, and foam inserts appear intact. The Sony IT-83 throw phones and armored cables are present and show normal handling wear. Wire spools, headsets, and associated multi-pin cable bundles are included. The system has not been powered up or tested at our facility, but it came out of a working operational environment where it was previously in use.
