Applications
Electrosurgical pencil handles are standard tools in surgical environments, used to deliver cutting and coagulation functions during procedures. The 3-pin ESU connector is the conventional interface for most operating room electrosurgical generators. This reusable handle type has been used across general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, and other surgical disciplines where hemostasis and tissue cutting are required.

This Cameron Miller 40-1516 reusable electrosurgical pencil handle has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The blue plastic body is intact with no cracks or breaks. The yellow Cut button and blue Coag button are both present and show normal wear. The attached grey cable is intact along its length and the 3-pin ESU connector plug shows some surface discoloration on the brass pins, consistent with age and prior use. The handle body is labeled MODEL 40-1516 REUSABLE and the markings are fully legible. This item has not been powered or tested at our facility.
