Applications

This Bowles-Acme Richardson A600 Animation Film Stand is being sold AS-IS for parts or restoration. Several issues have been identified: the pegs are missing from the peg bar assemblies; the main support arm casting has a break at the point where the north-south platen rail attaches to the front of the support casting (visible in photos); and the compound may have travel issues at certain positions due to this damage. The stand retains many usable components including the compound table, peg bar rails with registration scales, backlit platen, motorized camera column, and the control panel with zoom, shutter, and motor controls. A number of loose small parts and hardware are visible inside the platen tray. The column and compound show paint chipping and general wear consistent with the stand's age.
