The Bourns 3400S-20-502 is a 20-turn wirewound precision potentiometer from Bourns' 3400 Series, offering a 5K ohm (5000 ohm) resistance range with tight ±3% resistance tolerance and ±0.15% linearity. The multi-turn design distributes the full resistance range across 20 complete shaft rotations, providing much finer resolution and more precise position or voltage-divider control than a single-turn type. It features a 6 mm diameter, 12 mm long shaft and three solder-lug/PCB pin terminals, and is housed in a compact blue cylindrical body with an end-mounted slotted adjustment screw. Made in Mexico.
