This AVCOM PSA-65A Portable Microwave Spectrum Analyzer is being sold AS-IS and is missing two fuse caps (battery fuse and line fuse holder caps on the rear panel). The unit has not been fully tested and is not guaranteed functional. Cosmetically, the unit shows moderate wear consistent with field use — the chassis has scuffs and surface grime on the top cover and sides, and the front panel shows general wear. The CRT display and front-panel controls appear intact and physically complete. The rear panel IEC AC inlet and BNC connectors are present.
