The power supply (WP-91153 L3) has been sold separately and is not included — the power supply bay is empty. While the power supply light had come on at one point, the enclosure has not been tested beyond that and no functionality is guaranteed. The card cage and backplane connectors appear intact, and the enclosure shows normal wear consistent with enterprise PBX use. It is being offered as-is with no warranties on performance.
