Applications
Molded case circuit breakers like the F3P series are a standard component in industrial and commercial electrical distribution systems. They are used to protect branch circuits, feeder circuits, and motor circuits from overcurrent conditions and short circuits in switchboards, panelboards, motor control centers (MCCs), and industrial control panels. The 3-pole 600V configuration is well suited for three-phase power distribution in manufacturing facilities, machine tool applications, HVAC systems, pumping stations, and other industrial environments where 480V or 600V three-phase service is present. The F3P series is rated for both AC and DC applications (2-pole configuration for DC), and its UL and CSA listings make it suitable for use in North American industrial installations. Eaton's Cutler-Hammer product line, which manufactures these breakers for AutomationDirect, has a long history supplying molded case breakers to industrial OEMs and panel builders.
This AutomationDirect F3P 35k Molded Case Circuit Breaker has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in service. The breaker shows general surface soiling and minor scuffing on the molded case body consistent with industrial use, visible in the photos. The terminal lugs and trip mechanism appear intact with no visible damage. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
