Rackmount panel controller for semiconductor wafer cassette box washing systems. Houses temperature control, motor drive, pressure regulation, and fluid management components for the Atcor CRD-1210 SS washer platform.

This Atcor CRD-1410-DF Box Washer Controller is being sold as-is for parts or repair. It was a surplus spare pulled from an Atcor CRD-1210 SS Wafer Cassette Box Washer and its condition has not been verified or tested. One of the two Omega CN310-J-F digital temperature controller front covers is intact and complete; the other front cover is broken, as shown in the photos. The Oriental Motor 2RK6GK-AA induction motor with 2GK30KA gear head appears physically intact, as do the various pressure gauges and fluid manifold assemblies visible in the photos.
