This is a dual ion pump power supply unit housing two 5kV negative high voltage modules in a single rack-mount enclosure. It supplies and controls ion pumps used in vacuum systems for electron microscopy equipment.

Both modules are present in the rack case. The exterior shows normal wear consistent with lab use; the panels and labels are intact and legible.
