Applications
The ACS33 is a desktop multimedia speaker system from the late 1990s, designed for use with Windows and Mac personal computers equipped with a sound card or built-in audio output. Altec Lansing was one of the leading brands in PC multimedia audio during this era, and the PowerCube line was a popular mid-range option found on home and office desktops of the time. The compact satellite-on-pedestal design was well suited to small desks, and the swivel bases allowed easy speaker positioning. These speakers work with any audio source that has a standard 3.5mm output — PC, Mac, portable media player, or other consumer electronics.
These Altec Lansing ACS33 PowerCube computer speakers have been inspected and appear to be in good used condition. The housings show light yellowing typical of older off-white plastics and some general handling wear. Both satellite units are present along with the inter-speaker cable (red Mini-DIN connector) and the 3.5mm stereo audio cable. They were pulled from a working environment and have not been powered up or tested at our facility. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
