This used "as is" commercial svhs editor was tested and failed: while it does power on and display its menu via the rear BCN "Video Monitor Out" port, it will not accept a VHS tape. Machine whirs when a tape is loaded but it will not grab the tape and attempt to load it. We are selling in AS-IS / FOR PARTS / REPAIR condition. Different units have different Head and Capstan Rotation Hours. We have had multiple units in stock so the unit shipped may vary from the unit photographed.
