    Condition: For Parts or Not Working

    This used "as-is" media player is listed in an As Is / For Parts / For Repair condition. It will power ON, open/close, and display the background menu via the HDMI video port. We cannot get it to play a Blu-Ray disc, the time code will display 00:00:00 on the menu screen, but does not play the disc. DVD and CD discs are not detected with a "NO DISC" message displayed.
