This used "as is" 2016 skin tightening laser rf tripollar does power on, however we have not tested it. Tech: Item Powers on without issue. Unit stuck on "Windows Embedded CE6.0" home screen. Touch screen functional and used can navigate through the different programs on the windows page but application can not be accessed to properly use the unit.
