Description

ITT Dia-Flo 1820 Flow Control Valve 1-1/2" Port Manual Handwheel CF3M

The ITT Dia-Flo 1820 is a manually operated flow control valve with a 1-1/2" port diameter, designed for precise fluid regulation in industrial process systems. The valve body is cast from CF3M stainless steel — the cast equivalent of 316L wrought stainless — giving it strong resistance to corrosion and suitability for a wide range of process media including aggressive chemicals, high-purity fluids, and sanitary applications. Operation is via a manual handwheel that directly actuates the valve stem and internal mechanism to open or restrict flow.

Applications

ITT Dia-Flo valves are a well-established product line used across pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, chemical processing, and general industrial fluid handling. The CF3M stainless body makes the 1820 well suited to applications where corrosion resistance and cleanliness are priorities — including sterile process lines, high-purity water systems, and aggressive chemical service. Manual handwheel valves in this class are commonly used where simple, reliable on/off or throttling control is needed without automation, making them standard in laboratory systems, pilot plants, and utility lines throughout industrial and scientific facilities. The 1-1/2" port size places it in the mid-range for process piping, covering a broad set of flow-control tasks in both high-volume processing and precision lab-scale work.

Condition: Used
This ITT Dia-Flo 1820 Flow Control Valve has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was actively in service. The valve body and stainless port fitting show normal surface wear consistent with industrial use. The manual handwheel and stem are intact. Some light surface oxidation and general handling marks are visible on the cast body, but there is no damage to the ports or operating mechanism.
