CBM iDP3530 Citizen Tractor Feed Receipt Printer 25-Pin Serial Port Dot Matrix

There are two types of printers with the same iDP3535 part number. One type is a TRACTOR FEED and the other is a FRICTION FEED, they use two different types of paper. Our printer is a used TRACTOR FEED printer. It will need sprocketed paper with holes down the sides. Plain receipt paper will not work as this is not a friction feed system. We cannot test or support these printers beyond a simple power-on self-test which produces a sample test print. This shows the paper feed and printing features are working correctly. We cannot test the connection to a Point-of-Sale system or computer.
