The light source illuminates normally, the coarse and fine focusing knobs operate smoothly and move the stage up and down without binding, and the rotating objective turret turns freely and locks into position without issue. The microscope body and painted surfaces show typical wear consistent with laboratory use, including minor scuffs on the arm and base. A loose optical modifier is located under the stage and is included with the unit; however, it may not be correctly matched to this microscope and may not fit or function with it.
